Pastoral Care

Our parish communities are committed to develop practices and structures which will ensure that all Catholics within our parishes have access to and receive the best possible pastoral care available.

Pastoral Care is the ministry of personal, spiritual and sacramental support of all people in our parishes - the newly baptised, children, youth, young adults, family groups, seniors, those needing occasional support, those needing emergency help, the sick, the dying and the bereaved.

Evangelisation

Our parish communities are committed to reaching out to others in a variety of ways to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to all.

Evangelisation ministries in our parishes include ecumenical and inter-faith dialogue, outreach to the poor and the marginalised and the re-evangelisation of those Catholics who do not participate in a full way in the Church.
