Pastoral Care for the Sick, Dying and Bereaved
Royal North Shore Hospital Chaplaincy
A full-time chaplaincy service is available at Royal North Shore Hospital. Our assistant priest, Fr Stan Skibicki, is the chaplain. He is supported by other priests in the area and lay ministers of communion to provide 24 x 7 access to pastoral care at the hospital. Fr Stan can be contacted through the hospital reception on 9926 7111.
During the admission process, please indicate that you wish to receive Catholic pastoral care services while at the hospital.
Home Visitation
The parish communities provide ministry to the sick and to the homebound. This ministry is coordinated by Annette Haynes 9958 8332 (Naremburn) and Helen Walsh 9958 3002 (Northbridge).
Bereavement Support
The parish offers support to those mourning the death of a loved one. Contact the parish priest, Fr Jack Robson, or the Pastoral Associate, Paul Mason, at the parish office on 9438 1011.
